A real estate appraisal is a professional estimate of value and is

     often used by lending institutions to determine if there is enough

     value to make a loan on the property.  Robert Sherman, of the

     Davis   Agency, has been a State of Wisconsin Certified Residential

    Appraiser since 1991. 

He currently provides appraisal services for most lending institutions in Wisconsin.  Rob teaches appraisal education classes at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and is one of only 12 people in the state to hold the USPAP Certified Instructors designation.  Providing a fair and accurate estimate of value requires special knowledge of the real estate market that only comes from experience and education.  He provides appraisal services in Oconto, Marinette, and Brown Counties, but will travel to other areas upon request. 

The types of appraisal services provided are divorce, estate, personal individuals, the Veterans Administration, and foreclosure and relocation appraisal assignments. 

Fees for appraisal services are based on the type of appraisal requested.
